Many guests called the rate "cheap" while several others said the hotel was fair for the price they paid. There were numerous complaints about the hotel, many of them concentrated on insufficient facilities, the shuttle service, and/or the hotel's breakfast.
In regard to the facilities, many guests were unhappy that the hotel did not have elevators. One guest described having to lug his baggage up three flights of stairs, something a physically less able person might not have been able to do.
Several guests were also disappointed with the shuttle that serviced the hotel. Some of these guests did not like that service to and from the airport was not free while others complained that the shuttle was either very late or quite slow.
The breakfast at the hotel received some poor reviews as well. Some guests indicated that the selection was limited while another guest was disappointed that it ended as early as 9am.
For peripheral complaints, guest reviews of rooms were fairly mixed with some concerns over dirtiness. Also, occasionally some guests mentioned that the air conditioning or heating was difficult to control. Lastly, the staff at this hotel did not receive many compliments.
