"Its located in a commercial zone, that makes it look like shady at night when all the businesses close down. Towel racks are sticking out of the wall and heating is sometimes high or low, but I believe we got our money's worth, as the place is well kept but not infested or smelly, they use a strong deodorizer, but we got a diff room after we let the front desk know.(just keep in mind the dollor value and that you are not buiying the place) It is a 12 min drive to square 1, 18 min to sherway gardens and 25 to the airport. Any ethnicity food, you will find with in a 15 min drive, just do a little home work about what restaurant u'r going to as its the suburbs and driving and pointing is not a good way to look for restaurants as strip malls are sometimes awkwardly located. We enjoyed our stay and the continental bkfst too, that was a 8$ value in itself"

"I had a broken hair dryer in my room and called the front desk to complain. I barely hung up the phone and they were at my door with a replacement. Though it wasn't the classiest hotel I've stayed in, it had free parking, internet and continental breakfast and the price was right."
