The GoodAmong the reviews used for this analysis, most guests complimented the services provided specifically for airport travellers. Many guests favoured the Stay & Fly option available at this hotel, which allows for free parking (one week) while guests are away. The free shuttle was also frequently complimented for its prompt service. One guest who called the hotel from the airport to arrange a pick-up said that the shuttle arrived within 10 minutes.
Several reviewers also mentioned that the location was convenient for not only accessing the airport, but for accessing major highways as well.
Many guests described the staff as friendly, helpful, welcoming, and efficient. Several reviewers also complimented the hotel manager for arranging bagged breakfasts for guests who were leaving for the airport before the complimentary breakfast service.
