All 112 rooms include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, cable TV with pay-per-view movies, a coffeemaker, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a desk, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and climate control. Rooms are furnished with 2 double beds, 1 or 2 queen beds or 1 king bed. Room extras include a sofabed, a separate bedroom, a living room, a second TV, a mini-kitchen (mini-fridge, microwave, sink), and drive-up access with sliding glass doors.
Free outdoor parking is available on site for cars, buses and trucks. Pets are welcomed at the hotel for $15 per night.
A free hot breakfast is served from 6:30 am - 9:30 am on weekdays, and from 6:30 am - 10 am on weekends. The hotel treats guests to coffee in the lobby 24 hours per day. Guests can find many restaurants in walking distance that are either adjacent to the hotel or directly across the street in the mall.

Reviews were mixed with some guests feeling positively and others quite negative about the hotel.
Guests who liked the hotel, usually were pleased with the price point and considered it to offer good value.
Although the hotel is older and basic, some guests found very clean and renovated rooms, which were usually described as average, comfy and spacious. These guests considered it a good place to sleep, or good for a short stay.
Another positive for guests was the location, which they found convenient to nearby shopping and restaurants, corporate offices and Credit Valley Hospital.
Some guests praised the staff. They were described as courteous, polite and helpful.
The free breakfast was mentioned as a standard hot continental offering with good variety, and was mostly appreciated for being free. Guests also appreciated having plenty of room to park, and free working Wi-Fi at the hotel.

One of these complaints was that the hotel (hallways, lobby and rooms) reeked of smoke and air freshener. The hotel has both smoking and non-smoking rooms and it appears that some guests thought they were coming into a non-smoking room and found the opposite.
Occasionally guests complained of amenities that were not working, or working well, and some found the towels too small, stained or with holes in them.
Although the hotel has upgraded some rooms, a few guests still found rooms or areas of the hotel that they considered to need updating, and some suggested replacing carpets and repainting.
