The Bad
Several guests expressed concerns about the customer service at this hotel. Reviewers described the staff as unfriendly, unhelpful, and confused. A few guests encountered billing problems upon check-out. A few others also found the front desk agents to be lacking knowledge about the shuttle service and the local area.
A few guests found their rooms in need of repairs. These guests described air conditioning units that did not work properly, bathroom fixtures with chipped enamel, and a towel rack that was not secured to the wall.
