"I was very disstatisfied when i went down to have a realxing swim in the pool.The water felt gross and was a very odd colour of green.
I also wanted to watch a movie on pay per view, however no such service was available. I also was disappointed that the front lobby water fountain was not in use all weekend. It was advertised nicely online and that was something we were looking forward to seeing in the hotel.
Also we were not made aware of such things as the contintal breakfast times and location as well as the pool/weight room hours. We were not aware of things until we asked questions to the front desk staff.
When we came back to the hotel on saturday afternoon at 300pm we had to wait to get into our room because the housekeeping had just entered our room. So we ended up being late for our appointment because we had to get ready and they had just started our room.
Later on that night we felt like having a late night snack but when we called to inquire about room service we found out that it was not available. So then we had to leave the hotel late at night and find somewhere that was open to eat. Instead of giving some business to the hotel."
