The GoodGuests that stayed at this hotel did not seem overly impressed with the property and the reviews reflected very mixed opinions - especially regarding the guest rooms, the breakfast, and the staff.
Some guests that enjoyed their stay said that their rooms were nice. Many guests also indicated that they found their rooms comfortable and a couple patrons mentioned the beds in this regard. Additionally some guests thought that their rooms were clean and multiple guests considered them to be spacious as well.
Many guests who ate breakfast at the hotel mentioned that it was free. Several others commented on the selection and quality and many of them seemed impressed. One guest said that the breakfast "exceeded expectations" while another guest indicated that the meal was "very well provided for."
Guests that were impressed with the staff generally found them to be "helpful" and/or "pleasant."
Lastly, guests that indicated that they liked the location were not too numerous however a couple guests mentioned that the hotel was easy to find and that it was near the highway.
The Bad
The reviews for this hotel can be summed up with one word: inconsistant. It seemed that nearly every time a guest said something positive on a perspective of the hotel, there was another guest who was saying something negative.
While some guests called their guest rooms "clean" there was still a significant contingent of guests who felt that they were dirty. Some guests indicated that their bathrooms were not up to standard and one guest complained about mold.
The breakfast at the hotel, well-liked by several guests, was quite disliked by many others. The guests who did not enjoy the meal complained of poor quality food, poorly prepared food, and even unripe bananas.
The staff at the hotel were not reviewed with any kind of consistency. One guest, for example, said that they were "beyond rude" while multiple other guests felt as though the hotel's employees were apathetic toward their patrons.
Occasionally guests also complained about the pool at the hotel which some guests described as cold.
