"The service was very commendable. The desk clerk was very helpful. We did not use much in the hotel, but the room was very clean and well supplied with coffee and bathroom items. I would definitely stay there again."

"First night the bed was extremely uncomfortable and bathtub leaked and kept us awake. Had to approach the front desk twice to move us to another room, they were very unhappy to accommodate us. Even though the hotel was half empty. Food in restaurant was over priced and not very good. Would never stay here again or recommended hotel to anyone."

"The young man that greeted me and assisted me that evening was incredible! The next morning, that very same person worked with me to correct a situation (oh look, the phone didn't work in my room!!!!!!!!!!!!) He went above and beyond the call of duty to assist my husband in Greenland and me, staying at that motel, to resolve our problem and put things in place. Kudos to that man - and to your people servicing that room - mostly to that man! He was amazing - he actually managed to convey frustrating messages from my husband (because he couldn't speak with me directly - the phone didn't work!!!!!) - to me through that person, who was sooooooooo amazing - I got the messages - your staff (that man) made it clear and was very supportive (even in my frustration with the phone NOT WORKING!!!!!) - that man actually was a go-betwen, if you will --- a very kind, generous of his time, soft, salt of the earth kind of person. I would love for him to receive this message because I have NEVER received that kind of quality service ANYWHERE!!!! He is a keeper and that motel, manager and he himself should know how much he is appreciated! We could not possibly have had the successful weekend we did without his assistance!"
