Overview
This hotel is the only property in Midland that provides direct access to Little Lake Park and the waterfront is about a 5-minute walk away. This property is well located for guests looking to explore the Little Lake area on foot. There are also a few restaurants within a 3-minute walk of this hotel.

Both smoking and non-smoking accommodations are available. All rooms include free Wi-Fi (and wired Internet), free local calls, air conditioning, a 27" TV, a coffeemaker and a mini-fridge. Rooms are furnished with either one or two double beds, or one or two queen beds. 

Suites at this property provide more spacious accommodations and are furnished with one queen bed or one king bed. Utility suites are furnished with 2 double beds and also include a full kitchen, a dining room, a sofabed and a jetted tub. 

Free parking is available on site and pets (dogs only) are permitted for an additional fee of $15 per pet, per night with a maximum of two dogs allowed per guest room.
