"We stayed in the hotel for one night and my family and I were treated very well during our stay. We appreciate the hospitality and we would definitely recommend to anyone who would want to visit Midland to stay at this hotel."

"We had to wait for our room to be cleaned and after a long drive we really wanted to rest. Check in was 3pm and we didn't get our room until 4pm ...so we sat in the lobby trying to be patient.
Also the hot tub was out of order and the pool was being serviced
We thought they could have offered us something for the inconveniences
I must say the complimentary breakfast was very good though."

"The hotel room was in the middle of a building site. Workers drilling outside the room before 9am. Service at breakfast was ignorant. Reception staff were nice and helpful."

"the whole hotel was in the middle of being re-wall papered and looked terrible but I'm sure will look great when done. I would have done one floor at a time and not strip all the floors at the same time. I would also put a kettle in each room to go with the tea bags. Tea made in coffee makers tastes like crap and thats putting it nicely, but coffee drinkers don't know that and I'm guessing that the people running the hotel drink coffee. Your video games room was sad, a big room with 6 games and only one worked. Well at least I saved money not having to give the kids coins for the machines. On the other hand the people working at your hotel were great and because of them I would come back to stay again."

"the reason that I chose this hotel was for a relaxing night and the hot tub, pool etc. The hot tub was not in and I was not told that prior to arrival. The pool area was cool without the hot tub to warm up at. However had that been in order it would have been a great stay and worth telling others"
