This all-suite property is situated within a business/technology park in Markham and is ideal for travellers who prefer suites with fully equipped kitchenettes (no oven but a stove-top). This hotel is a 3-minute drive from the nearest Highway 407 (toll highway) interchange, while Highway 404 is about 5 minutes away by car. 

This hotel is 100% smoke-free and all suites include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, a work desk, dining table, a kitchenette (coffeemaker, dishwasher, full-size fridge, 2-burner stove-top, microwave, toaster, cookware, and dinnerware), a flat screen TV with pay-per-view movies, cable and DVD player, an iron and ironing board, and individual climate control. Studio and 1-bedroom suites are furnished with either 1 queen bed and a sofabed or 1 king bed and a sofabed. Two-bedroom suites are furnished with either 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a sofabed or 1 queen bed, 2 double beds, and a sofabed. 

Free parking is available on site, a complimentary shuttle is available and pets (under 80 lbs) are permitted for an additional fee of $15 per night and $10 each subsequent night.

A free breakfast buffet is served daily from 6:00 am - 10:00 am.

Other on-site amenities include a business centre (print, copy, fax, and courier services), a 24-hour fitness centre, an indoor pool, a BBQ area, coin-operated laundry machines, same-day dry cleaning (extra fees apply), concierge services, ice machines, safe deposit boxes, a 24-hour convenience store, and free newspapers.

Times Square (shopping centre) is a 2-minute drive away (or a 13-minute walk away), while big box shopping, a Silvercity movie theatre, and the Langstaff GoTrain station (public transit with access to downtown Toronto) are all about 6 minutes away by car.

Downtown Toronto is about 25-30 minutes away by car and features the Theatre District, the Art Gallery of Ontario, and the Air Canada Centre (home of the NHL's Toronto Maple Leafs and the NBA's Toronto Raptors). Many guests described their rooms as clean and spacious. Several reviewers found their in-suite kitchens to be well equipped with appliances. One guest specifically mentioned the in-suite dishwasher as a value-added feature. A couple of reviewers thought that their suites were well appointed with modern decor.

The staff were frequently complimented and guests described the front desk agents as friendly, accommodating, quick to respond to guest concerns and requests, knowledgeable, and helpful. One guest, who was celebrating his his son's birthday at this property said, "when we came back to our room there was a beautiful birthday cake with his name on it and a balloon. We were completely taken by surprise."

A couple of guests complained that the guest bathrooms were small and that the sink were located outside of the bathroom area. One reviewer said that there was a lack of storage area around the sink for personal items.

Isolated complaints included: noise disturbances from neighbouring rooms, the in-suite TVs were not flat-screen models, no amenities within walking distance, and the indoor pool was over-chlorinated.
