"The coffee maker in the room was not working from day 1, and I complained twice, but no action was taken. I just got fed up and did not bother complain again. The toilet was leaking. The power point in the room was hanging off the wall."

"The main drawback for me personally was the lack of high-speed internet connection for my laptop, although TV-internet was available for basic browsing and email. Otherwise the room and hotel were clean, comfortable and well-equipped (pool, gym, fridge, ironing-board all proved very useful). The restaurant menu was a little limited, but what was available was well-enough prepared and there's no shortage of other places to eat within a few minutes drive."

"The bathroom we had was horrible; cracks on floor tiles, mold found on wall tiles and also at the edge of bath tub. There were stains on carpet which I wouldn't let my kids walk bare foot on it."
