"Personally, I could have used a softer pillow. However, I didn't check to see if the hotel offered other kinds. So it really wasn't the hotel's fault. I could have asked but actually forgot until it was time to sleep--then I was too tired to bother.
I like milk in my coffee --so I went down to the restaurant and asked for an inch of milk daily. I had the time because we were on vacation, but if I didn't have the time because of our stay being a business trip then it would have been an inconvenience."

"I didn't really stay there. I attempted to cancel the day prior and was told couldn't cancel. What a rip off. I will never stay at your hotel again. I stayed in the home of my business sponsor. Your c/s policy is hopefully gooing to put you out of business."
