"I specifically asked ahead of time for a comfortable bed. THE BED WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. No sleep - very exhausting. Paid higher price for a better hotel but did not get what I wanted. Would not go back."

"My experience was made worse by your services. I will never use your services again. I had to cancel the second night of my reservation and but, after waiting one hour on the phone on hold hearing of testimonials from people saying that your services were so wonderful and all their problems were always solved, I spoke to a harsh woman who informed me that I could not cancel the second night of my reservation since the time had elapsed and I had agreed to this by signing on. Yes, my mistake...but had I dealt with the hotel directly, I would have gotten a better price (this line underlying your existence is a hoax) and I would have had more control over my reservation. I travel a lot...and never again will I use your services. I learned my lesson, it cost me a lot, but I will also tell everyone I know of this experience and I will tell them not to use your services. I don't usually complain, but this was in my email and I had to tell you of my frustrations. As for teh hotel, the reception staff was completely inept, the room was cold, and I had a terrible night's sleep even though I was very tired (I tossed and turned all night)."
