The Bad
As mentioned above, positive reviews for this property outnumbered negative reviews, among the reviews sourced for this analysis.

A couple of guests complained about the restaurant prices being too high and a lack of a free breakfast. Another two guests felt that the hotel could be more generous in supplying more coffee to the rooms.

Two guests complained that the front desk demonstrated poor judgment or training by placing elderly people near to a hockey team and in a particularly noisy room overlooking HVAC equipment, when the guest especially asked for a quiet room.

Several guests thought that the in-room furnishings and fixtures were dated and in need of updates. There was mention of dated rooms with complaints being: a noisy toilet, bathroom fan, A/C unit, a bathroom sink slow to drain, a broken bed, a sofabed with older mattress where guest could feel the springs and one guest complained of the buttons on the TV remote sticking.

Other parts of the hotel also came under guest scrutiny and complaints consisted of:
One guest said the hallways were stuffy/smelly, another suggested changing the pool windows, another suggested the exterior of the hotel needed a face lift and one guest said the fitness room needed an update.

A couple of guests were disappointed to have no free access to a computer at the hotel.
