"I don't know if it was because of the snow storm happening outside but when I checked in the staff at the front seemed very agitated and unorganized. However, later that evening the man at the front desk was a big help to me when I had an incident with the vending machine. The one thing that would have made this stay more comfortable and convenient would be for themt o have a restaurant and room service."
