I have stayed in many hotels over the years Thank-You.

Personally, I could have used a softer pillow I like milk in my coffee --so I went down to the restaurant and asked for an inch of milk daily. I had the time because we were on vacation, but if I didn't have the time because of our stay being a business trip then it would have been an inconvenience.

breakfast package is amazing but could use some towels in pool area as my daughter had to dry off with her trackpants whirlpool never seems hot enough and could use a sauna,,nice staff good overall

I don't know if it was because of the snow storm happening outside but when I checked in the staff at the front seemed very agitated and unorganized
