The condition of the rooms also didn't impress some guests. There were complaints of ripped chairs, old furniture, smelly drapes and worn carpet. The cleanliness of the hotel turned off a few guests and some reviewers discovered dusty furniture in their rooms and stained bed sheets. Additionally, there were glitches with the hotel's heating and air systems and a few guests couldn't get their units to turn on or off.
