outlets that were not covered properly, no towel bars in the bathrooms, holes in the wall where a towel bar should have been, a broken toilet seat, peeling wallpaper, worn bedding, and no doorknob on a bathroom door.
A couple of guests described their rooms as rundown, while a couple of reviewers thought that the need for upgrades gave their rooms an unclean appearance.
