"Needs TLC"
"The room was tidy, bed was comfy, lots of towels we were there to relax. The heater worked in the room - awesome. It was a smoking room and it sure smelt like it. But the next day when we were packing up to go home we noticed bed bug bites on each other. After we got home we notified the owner of the motel the rm # bed we slept in the guy at the front desk didn't seem to concerned."

"Low price, adequate, and in some regards -- quite nice."
"Pretty clean, refrigerator and microwave oven in room. No shampoo, conditioner or lotion. Door was tricky to latch properly. Wireless Internet service had a weakish signal and was intermittent with low bandwidth when working. Their server had to be rebooted at a minimum of once a day. There were plenty of good nearby restaurants, and good shopping. Maid service was excellent."

"Affordable and clean"
"Staff at desk was very polite and friendly. Room was clean, some items needed replacing ie carpet but bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean and sink and toilet were new. Tiles were clean, bath tub could be replalce or fixed up but useable. For the price it was very acceptable. I would go there again."

"In my opinion..."
"I prefer motels to hotels and have only stayed in a few but this was the best of all that I have stayed at. Clean, updated somewhat, comfortable bed and the price was good. The only thing I would say is they needed to give more towels/faceclothes."

"Not too far from highway 401, staff was friendly, room was cleaned everyday. Because of temperature drop outside, was cold inside too and couldn't find how to turn heat on."

"A Very Badly Maintained Unit."
"There was no phone book or directory of any type. There where no instructions on dialing out. There remote control for the TV had no battery cover, the batteries kept falling out. The air conditioner was digital and there was no manual on how to use it, and once figured out, barely cooled the room. There was no complimentary bar of soap or mini bottle of shampoo. The alarm clock radio did not work at all. The curtains were too small for the window so every one could see in from the parking lot. The bathroom was less than acceptable. The whole unit was in desparate need of a good cleaning. Cobwebs everywwhere, dust so thick it made the brown nightstand look grey on top."

"Abysmal hotel"
"I was very disapointed in this hotel, customer service was terrible!! rooms were horrible!!! The room smelled, very dirty, I ended up leaving!! I advice you to not recommend this hotel to anyone!"
