"The reason for our stay, was my niece's surgery. Not knowing how long she would be in the hospital was a concern for my sister and I as we weren't sure how many days to book for. The receptionist at the front desk, made it easy for us by guaranteeing that our room would be available should we need it for an extra day. We did and they were great. Having an available wheelchair was also a bonus as, my niece could not walk and she would have had to go a fair distance on her crutches. A sports injury is not something that is easy to maneuver with. Thanks for the assistance."
