"Not told on the phone, when we were booking that we had to walk a block to swim. We asked if there was swimming at time of booking and were told there was. Very misleading."

"When I check in I expect the representative to pay attention to me and not keep answering the phones. Maggie was not at all helpful and could not answer my questions regarding my Marriott points card.
I wanted a non-smoking room and I ended up with a smoking one which, in spite of the ozone machine, still smelled of smoke.
The door was permanently ajar at the base (room 1005) which looks like someone tried to kick it in.
The breakfast was okay and stocked well so I commend that.
The parking was inadequate and I had to park illegally because the underground was small and difficult to manoeuver larger cars."

"We were surprised at how big our suite was, and it included a full size kitchen complete with dishwasher!. Only thing missing was a kettle! We could have as many clean towels as we liked and our bed linen changed whenever we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble."
