Overview
This hotel is located in walking distance of shops and restaurants in downtown London.

The hotel offers 116 smoke-free rooms over 13 floors with elevator access. 

All rooms include free Wi-Fi, free wired Internet, free local calls, a flat screen TV with cable, a coffeemaker, a kitchenette (stove top, full-size fridge, microwave, dishwasher), a table and chairs, a desk, a safe, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, windows that open and climate control.

Some rooms include 1 or 2 bedrooms (separated by privacy wall or a door), 2 or 3 TVs, a full kitchen (stove top and oven), a living room and 2 bathrooms.

Rooms are furnished with sofabeds, plus 2 queens or 1 or 2 king beds.

Parking (outside or underground with 6'2" clearance) is costs $15 per day. Long-term parking is available for $8 per night based upon a minimum 30-day stay. 

Pets are welcome (2) for $75 per stay for the first pet and $25 per stay for the second pet.

A free hot breakfast is offered to guests daily. 

Coffee is available in the lobby.

There is no restaurant on site, but guests will find Addis Ababa and The Morrissey House within a 4-minute walk.

Hotel amenities include a fitness centre, a business centre, dry cleaning, a guest laundry, a convenience store, a BBQ and picnic area, grocery shopping service, safety deposit boxes, 24-hour front desk, elevators, free newspapers, and meeting rooms. Guests wishing to swim can make use of free YMCA passes supplied by the hotel.

What’s nearby? Covent Garden Market is a 13-minute walk from the hotel. Budweiser Gardens (sports and concert venue) is 17 minutes away on foot. The shops and restaurants of Richmond Street are 13 minutes away on foot and Grande Theatre is about a 16-minute walk from the hotel. Confirmed with front desk Nov 1, 2016: Only rooms with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms have a door separating the bedroom from the rest of the suite. All rooms have a safe, a sofabed and windows that open.

Guests typically enjoyed pleasant stays at this hotel.

They liked the rooms. They were large, apartment-like and clean with well equipped kitchenettes and comfortable beds. Some rooms offered pleasant views.

They liked the location. It was in walking distance of restaurants, Budweiser Gardens, Victoria Park and Richmond Row.

They liked the free breakfast. It was plentiful and supplied a good selection of hot and cold items in a spacious area for dining.

Many found the staff welcoming, courteous and helpful.

Guests were also pleased to have secure underground parking that had keyed elevator access to the various hotel floors, a guest laundry and a convenience store.

There were a few nitpicks and complaints found online.

Some felt the rooms or hotel were a little dated.

Occasionally guests complained of hearing traffic noise from the lower floors.

Underground parking was very tight for larger vehicles, but guests could also park above ground.

Some recent nitpicks were: TV channels desired were not available (couldn’t watch NHL or MLB games), no on-site pool (passes were provided for the YMCA), no bathtub in the room and no pay-per-view movies were available.
