"Just two that made me rate the servey......... We found popcorn in our beds, which made me beleive that the sheets were not changed, and the other was that you have no controll of were people smoking in the hallways.
Other then this our stay was convenient...... Cheers"

"i booked a non smoking room with one kind size bed....upon arrival i received a room with two beds and extremely smelling of smoke.....i went to the reception to let them know of my problem i was kindly given another room but had to pay an upgrade charge which i think i shouldnt have paid due to the fact that i was given a room opposite of what i had requested
i was very pleased with the girl at the front desk i dotn recal her name, but very friendly and helpful..........longer brownish hair, very thin, and smiling"

"We enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at your hotel a few times before and like the suite. We had dinner in the Timbers Chop House...excellent food and service. The only complaint that we have was the noise from the Silver Stick hockey players. We didn't complain about it to your service desk, boys will be boys, but they were playing ball hockey in the hallway on our floor and very boisterous. We will, on future visits to your hotel, make sure we don't go on this particular weekend again. Otherwise, it was a nice get-away weekend for us."

"Two things we really wanted were a whirlpool and fitness equipment. The evening of our stay the whirlpool was not working. When my husband reported this to the front desk, they were not to willing to help. By late the next morning the whirlpool started working, but we had to check out at noon. It said in their book that there is an extra charge for a late checkout (many hotels will offer this complementary if they are not fully booked).
No one told us that the fitness equipment was only for the use of visitors 19 and older. My son is a 17 year old athlete who uses all types of equipment at our local Y. He was not allowed in the room.
The "Free Hotels" agent who helped my on the phone was great, and called the hotel specifically to ask about fitness facilities. If we had been told about this regulation (which I have never seen at another hotel) we would have stayed somewhere else.
A disappointing experience!"
