"Re arrange the room"
"The room that we were in needs to either change the tv or take it out if the box it is in because the couch is all the way to the left of the tv and when you open the TV everyone is to the left so you pretty much have to stand in front of the tv to see what's goon on so we had to pull the couch over to at least see the tv"

"Nice hotel but quite noisy."
"I slept on the pull out couch which was located near the door to the hallway. It was very noisy and I only got about three hours of sleep as people were in the hallway most of the night, coming and going and then again early in the morning. Other than that, the room was clean, staff were friendly."

"Friendly welcome, helpful staff, room comfortable and reasonably spacious, for the (very competitive) price. Not centrally located, but close to shopping (White Oaks Mall) and a bus route. Overall a good choice."

"good and bad experience"
"everything was good except that the guy that registered me said the breakfast was till 11 am so i went a little after 10am and there was no breakfast because they closed at 10am. they said everything was locked up and that they couldn't do nothing. i was so mad because i choosed this hotel because of the breakfast, so i decided to pay a little more as was included; so after i got to the room i wanted coffee but only decaff was avaiable, so i called reception to know if they had some regular coffee, they told me i had to go back to reception and pick it up, or they can give me fresh coffee there and if i would like some fruits that were left from the breakfast...why she didnt say that when i was there??
other than that... the room was very good for the price, the bed was comfy and loved the pillows!! the bathroom nice and big, very quiet.. all was perfect till 10 am.. lol"

"Perfect for overnight for a kids sport competition."
"I thought it was a great hotel and I would stay again. It was very clean but there was a faint smell of smoke from previous guests.
I was in town for my daughters swim competition and the hotel was perfect for that purpose.
The thing I was most impressed with was the quality of the breakfast, it was way better than I had imagined it would be, healthy, plentiful and served by a lovely staff person, perfect for those of us that had to be at a pool by 7:30 a.m.
Would definitely recommend the hotel to others. Thanks."

"Good Value. Nice staff."
"My only complaint is the bed was too small.
I'd like to see at least queen size beds as a minimum in double rooms.
The staff were exceptional. The front desk and breakfast staff are as nice and friendly as you will ever find."

"The continental breakfast was okay but should have more options - they only had toast, bagels and muffins - we stayed at a Residence Inn by Mariott the night before - Breakfast was included and it was a full breakfast buffet."

"I would have liked not to have been placed in the middle of a group of teenagers (I believe soccar team) and a baseball team. They were very inconsiderate and were very noisy. My original reguest for non smoking was not what the room they gave us was, so they moved us into this room. I'm sure a more suitable location was available in the hotel."

"We love your hotel, by far our favourite place to stay. The staff is always great, we love having two TV's in the room,(no kids fighting over the remote!) Having the little kitchen area with a fridge is so great, because when we come for our conventions, it enables us to store our food for the next days lunch, instead of having to buy out every morning. I love the selection of coffees and teas and little extra's on the counter. The room was as always, spotless, and we were even allowed to bring in our Lab, which was awesome, since we decided at the last minute to come a night earlier and he didn't have reservations at the kennel till the next day. I also love having a table where we can eat in the room, the little extra's like the ironing board/iron, and blow dryer, and also the extra closet space and drawers available. Plus, there was a working alarm clock and free wake up calls, so we were confident we would not over sleep. The free breakfast in the morning is great too, very healthy and a nice selection of breakfast foods. It was also nice to wake up to a morning newspaper. What more can I say? We were as always, very impressed with your hotel, we recommend it to others and look forward to coming again the next time we are in London. Thanks!"
