"Our room was freezing cold. Then in the middle of the night it suddenly got really hot. All night it sounded like a shower was running right next to our room, we didn't know what it was. Very noisy."

"A garbage bag was left in the room from the chambermaid.
Condoms were in the bedside drawer (I have young kids that don't need to see that)
Mattress sheets don't stay in place & by morning your sleeping on the mattress itself.
Chairs were badly stained & disgusting looking.
Walls were dirty & needed a paint job.
Two TV's in each room & one remote that didn't work for either one & one TV only had 12 channels that would work.
I thought the price was cheap for the room I got, but thats no excuse for the shape of the room.
Bathroom sink was falling off the wall.
No tub just a shower.
Water in shower was constantly changing temperature from too cold to too hot."

"As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. We choose this motel because of its proximity to the airport which was a $12 cab ride. The man at reception was friendly. The room was sub standard at best. The smell was unbareable. The bed very uncomfortable. The bathroom had hair on the floor. The cable tv was nice. And the wall had a painted scene of a waterfall, mountains and a blue sky. All that and the room still stunk BAD!"

"they advertise that they have "high speed wireless internet" during my complete 4 day stay i was NEVER able to get a conection i was continualy informed that either their network was down or they told me that it must be my end but my wireless server kept telling me that the netwerk was low to non exsistant
so if you need to be able to acesse the internet while at this hotel stay away otherwise the service was decent the rooms were not to bad but not great cleaning was done and they really need to paint their walls not liking the fact that it loooked like i was sleeping in a fish tank"

"It does smell really bad.. like smokee, and food and pets.. its very stuffy and the beds are not very comfortable. They use cushions for pillows with cases over them and burlap type blankets."

"The room was dirty and had a nasty smell. The second night that we stayed there I dropped something in between the bed and the little nightstand, and when I went to pick it up there were toe nail clippings on the floor. None of us there had clipped our toenails at all. Our room was not cleaned the entire three days we were there. Yes, we may have not gotten out of the room until later in the afternoon, but I have never stayed in a hotel that hasn't cleaned my room for an entire 3 days. The hotel staff, the night we got there, was very friendly, and the cleaning ladies were nice also. But when we checked out the guy was not nice at all. Also the blinds in the room were broken, as in, the slats were all bent and broken. I guess for the price it was okay. But if it were a litte cleaner, I think they would get more business. It wasn't too far away from downtown London and there were a lot of restuarants and retail business' near us. So that was conveninent. We also had a Tim Horton's right next to us, which has good products."

"There was a certain odor in the room and there were blood stains on the pillow. There was no Tissue paper in the room. Although the outside of the motel was well kept and the room looked clean, the washroom did not have a plug for the tub, the sink did not have a plug and the finishing throughout the room and especially the bathroom was done by somebody who didn't know what they were doing. For the close to $90.00 I paid, I would expect better. This room should have been worth $30--$40."

"Bathroom biggest bone of contention. Tiny sink without counter. Only a shower with very poor drainage ie. ankle depth water. Poor mirror. Lack of sufficent plug-ins."
