"Don"t plan on getting your messages cuz you won't. They seem to be very busy when the have 15 guests staying there and they don't even know if you have checked in ! Very sad! Missed some very important information and gatherings thanks to them!"

"I had a bad experience last year with one of the Howard Johnson's so I was honestly a little hesitant about staying there. I have to say that it was clean and i felt very comfortable. Thank you to the front desk clerks they were so very courteous and very welcoming. I was very pleased and rebooked for April as well. Thank You"

"I was dissapointed at the lack of an iron for ironing clothes and there was also no hair dryer. Also the bottom of the pool looked bad. On a good note, after driving for 6 hours they did allow us to check in at noon instead of three."

"The hotel needs some updating.Lighting was poor in the room. We had to ask the front desk for a remote for the T.V and when we went to use the shower the handle came off in our hand. The handle was fixed by the time we came back to the room but the controls still din't work right.When we went to use the pull-out bed there was no bedding on it, or for it, in the room. The room was cleaned well and the staff was pleasant and the pool and hot tub were great. Greater attention to the small details and some compensation for all our troubles would have been nice."

"Cleanliness wise it was a very poorly kept hotel. Once you walked past the front lobby it was filthy, with a fair bit of touch-up work needed.
We won't stay there again."

"The Howard Johnson Hotel in London is great. It is clean and well looked after. The pool and jacuzzi are fantastic for a relaxing night away. The beds are comfortable and very close to restaurants and attractions. Reccommend it to anyone looking for a great night away."
