Located in downtown London, right across the street from Covent Garden Market, this boutique hotel appeals to guests who seek central accommodations with sleek design and modern decor.

All of the 20 rooms at this hotel have free Wi-Fi, a 37" flat-screen TV, bathrobes, a rainfall shower, a coffeemaker, a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board. Guests can choose between standard rooms (king or queen bed) or more spacious suites (king, queen or two double beds). Pets are allowed for $65/stay.

There is no on-site restaurant, but Braise Food & Wine is adjacent to the hotel and serves lunch and dinner daily and offers room service. There are many restaurants within a 5-minute walk of this hotel. There is no parking on site, but guests can park across the street at Covent Garden Market (costs vary).

Most of the reviews used for this analysis were positive, and guests were particularly pleased with the hotel's decor and its location.

Guests commented favourably on the layout and the design of the rooms, saying that they were large and comfortable and that they liked the open concept. Guests also really liked the decor, commenting on modern furniture and exposed brick walls. They felt that this hotel was appropriately decorated as a "boutique" hotel.

Location was a big draw for a number of guests who said that the hotel was conveniently close to a number of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Business travellers said that it was conveniently close to offices as well.

Staff here were friendly and always greeted guests with a smile. Service was personal, warm and professional, according to guests.

There were some additional positive comments about things like big windows in the rooms.

While most of the reviews used for this analysis were positive, guests did commonly complain about a few items.

A number of guests complained about noise from other guests in adjacent rooms and in the hallways and suggested that more could be done to soundproof the walls.

There were a number of complaints from guests who were bothered by rattling air conditioning units in their rooms. A few guests said that their sleep was disrupted because it was so loud. 

Guests found the absence of on-site parking inconvenient.

There were some additional comments from guests who were disappointed with the quality of the toiletries offered in the rooms.
