"Very nice place, very friendly efficient staff.Breakfast very good.
Very clean...best hotel in London that I have stayed in.
One minor inconvenience, no hotel bar wher you can go for a quiet drink before going out.
WhenI go to London again I will stay here"

"Just a suggestion - More attentive, quicker service for anyone staying at your hotel with small children. I was accompanied by three children under the age of 5 and felt the wait time, for breakfast, in the restaurant was too long for the little ones. They seemed to have lost interest in eating by the time the food arrived. From my experience as a parent and an educator, most children lose interest if a whole meal takes longer than 40 minutes. The food was great but just needed to have quicker, waitress response time."
