Overview
Connected to the London Convention Centre, about a 4-minute walk from London's city centre, the Hilton London Ontario is suitable for business or vacation travellers who prefer a centrally located hotel with meeting/banquet space, on-site dining and an indoor pool.

Each of the hotel's air-conditioned guest rooms comes equipped with free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a coffeemaker, a desk, a weekly newspaper, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. Microwaves and mini-fridges are available upon request. Rooms with a sitting area and a sofabed are also available, as are smoking, non-smoking and wheelchair-accessible rooms. Pets under 75 lbs are permitted for $50 per pet, per stay.

Hotel amenities include an indoor pool, a sauna, a hot tub, a fitness centre, over 12,000 square feet of meeting/banquet space, a bar, a business centre, a barber/beauty shop, a gift shop, guest laundry and vending machines. Parking is an additional $15 per day. 

On-site dining is available at London Grill (serving lunch and dinner daily) and Market Cafe, which serves breakfast daily.

The hotel's location was praised by many lodgers. They found it close to downtown, University Hospital, London Convention Centre, restaurants, public transit and Budweiser Gardens. 

Numerous reviewers enjoyed the hotel's restaurant. They described it as wonderful, well priced and tasty, with efficient service.

The hotel's staff were complimented by several guests, who characterized them as friendly, accommodating, helpful and professional. One patron remarked, "It was a sad and hard time but the Staff at the Hilton were so amazing and compassionate and really made us feel totally taken care of. We never once had anything but 1st rate experiences!".

Several travellers were pleased with the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, quiet, spacious and well equipped, with good Wi-Fi signals and comfortable beds. A few guests were disappointed with their lodgings, however (see below).
