"Be sure to ask about any tournaments/groups staying in the hotel the nights you reserve for. I booked when a childrens hockey team was staying at the Hilton London and there were screaming in the halls and took approx. 10 mins to get an elevator because of the children "playing" in them. Other than the hockey guests the hotel was lovely, they had extremely clean rooms, key access upper executive floors, king sized and extremely comfortable beds, the sheets were fresh and wonderful. Some of the outlines of when certain services were available should have been made more clear and more up-to-date. Overal the hotel was very nice, I plan on booking more holidays with the Hilton London in the near future (making sure no major tournaments are on) I recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a high quality hotel for a fair price. :)"

"I've stayed at Station Park and Delta Armouries. The rooms are superior and better air circulation. Your hotel rooms have a "motel" feel from elevator to the door of the room. Because there were no vacancies at Station Park and Delta, Hilton was my third choice."

"All the staff went out of their way to accommodate us - front desk, restaurant, room service. I would stay there again in a minute."

"This was a very busy weekend in London - most hotels were sold out. We arrived at 9pm and they were unable to get us a room with 2 beds as we had reserved (my wife and I were travelling with our 6 year old child).
Long story short - the hotel staff bent over backwards to do what they could to make us comfortable which made the stay pleasant.
However the facility itself is getting old - very slow elevators etctetc. Parking lot was full each night - had to park illegally.
I wouldn't spend the $ for that hotel again unless it wasa last resort (which it was)"

"The last time I stayed at the hotel, my room was in the business class section. The bed was much better with good sheets. This time we stayed in a delux room on the 7th floor. The view was terrible and the one thin bottom sheet wouldn't stay on the mattress. The paint was peeling near the window; the bar fridge was not cold enough and had a plate of stale crackers and mouldy cheese still in it. I had trouble sleeping because there was a "ticking" noise coming from the heater and the wind was blowing against the window pane."

"Unfortunately, a pair of swim goggles was left in the pool area and they were NOT returned to the lost and found."

"Room service was incomplete and slow to correct. Consequently what should have been 2 hot order of pancakes with sides were cold."

"This was my 4th stay at the Hilton Hotel in London. I have stayed at other hotels/motels in London but the Hilton is my favourite. The staff are very friendly and the noise level in the rooms is perfect for a good night's sleep."

"Connect the parking garage directly to the hotel - I had to lug bags in the rain down steps. Except for this, I would have given the place a good rating."
