Many also raved about the complimentary breakfast, claiming that it blew away expectations in terms of variety and quality. To top it off, guests claimed the staff were extremely courteous, professional and accommodating. Negativity was extremely scarce across all sources referenced for this analysis. The complaints that were found were typically isolated and somewhat trivial.
