"What a first class place."
"We have stayed at four or more star hotels that were not as good. My husband and I enjoyed this hotel very much. The service was a perfect 10. We loved the location: very convenient for clients at South end of London. Easy access to the 401. We actually specified sauna amenities and they had two. What I really liked the best was the clean sparkling room and staff friendliness. The free breakfast brunch was a little disappointing for us because the food wasn't really fresh when we got there at 10am."

"The Sunday brunch was brilliant, however, my breakfast yesterday was not very good. The service was not as good in the Bistro on Monday as it was Sunday either. The food was overdone and not very fresh. All in all though, you have a very lovely hotel and Bistro with accomodating staff. We'll be back!"

"My only complaint was that we asked for a late checkout and the front desk said no. For the price, with no continental breakfast, a late checkout would have been appreciated."

"My mother sister and I stayed at the hotel. The pull out couch in room 409 is getting a bit worn, very lumpy. But I guess thats what pull outs are like."
