The GoodThe majority of guest reviews for this hotel were positive and typically mentioned the value for the money spent, the spacious and comfortable rooms, and the friendly hotel staff.
Most guests who commented on the prices they paid indicated that they received very good value. One guest, for example, called his/her room rate "a bargain" while another guest advised that the hotel offered "value for your dollar." Many guests were pleased with their rooms and found them to be spacious and/or comfortable. Some guests mentioned that their beds were of superior quality and provided an excellent night's rest.

The Bad
Negative guest reviews typically mentioned issues with housekeeping and/or unacceptable noise levels from the hallways.
In regard to the housekeeping, some guests mentioned that it was the only thing lacking with this hotel. A few guests found their rooms to be unclean upon arrival and some complained that waste in their rooms was left by the previous guest.
Some patrons noted that their bathrooms were unclean and uninviting while others said that their Starbucks coffee, an amenity provided by the hotel, was out of date. A few guests mentioned that their rooms smelled of smoke which they found odd due to the hotel's status as a 100% non-smoking property.
Some guests felt that the noise levels in the hallways were unacceptable as they heard loud noises throughout the evening and into the early morning hours which prevented them from getting a good night's rest.
