Both smoking and non-smoking accommodations are available. All rooms include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a coffeemaker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and air conditioning. Microwaves and mini-fridges are available in select rooms and upon request. Suites at this hotel may also include a sofabed and a 1-person jetted tub. Rooms are furnished with 2 double beds, 2 queen beds or 1 queen bed. Wheelchair-accessible rooms are not available.
Free outdoor parking is available on site. Dogs are permitted in select rooms for an additional fee of $20 per stay with a limit of 2 pets per room, 10 lbs or under.
A free continental breakfast is served from 6 am to 10 am.

This hotel received a lot of mixed reviews, in the reviews read online for this report, with many guests complaining of undesirable conditions at the hotel. Some guests pointed out that the hotel did not look like the professional pictures posted online and said that some of the (excellent) reviews posted were bogus.
Most complaints were directed toward the state of the property and rooms, which guests called old and dirty. Many complained of fixtures and amenities that didn't work which included: ineffective heaters which made the rooms cold, AC that didn't work, broken lamp, headboard off the wall, shower head spraying water all over, a leaky faucet, coffeemaker not working, elevator not working, TV remote only turned the TV on and off, in-room phone didn't work, terrible and broken beds, ironing board broken, poor TV reception, hair dryer broken, no lock on the bathroom door, bathtub broken and room key not working.
Some guests complained of non-functioning Wi-Fi in their rooms, but claimed it worked in the hallways.
Cleaning and maintenance issues were rampant as well: water damage on walls and ceiling, dusty and dirty ceiling fixtures, dusty furniture and washrooms, broken lamp, doors to the rooms and bathrooms didn't close, bathrooms filthy, guests were given rooms that had not been cleaned from prior guests, flaking ceiling in bathroom, dirty mini-fridge, dirty carpet.
More than one guest described the rooms as grubby, smelly and noisy and others claimed they saw and were bitten by bed bugs in several different rooms. Reviews posted regarding bed bugs appeared in October 2014 and January 2015.
The area, atmosphere and clientele were issues for some. Many complained that the hotel was next door to a strip club. One guest said there was a man dealing drugs right out in the open on his floor and another found drugs left in their guest room.
One elderly guest, planning to attend a medical appointment the next day, was kept awake till 3:45 am by partiers next door. A few guests complained of being able to hear their neighbours and another guest said the hallways were very loud at night, disrupting sleep.
Guests had mixed opinions about the location, some finding it close to everything and other saying it was undesirable.
Value was hotly contested in the reviews with some saying 'not worth it' and others saying 'good value'.
