"Only issue we had with our stay was that the air conditioning unit cover had mold on its insides. As I am allergic to mold, we check these things out wherever we stay. My husband brought it right to the cleaning staff, and within an hour it was back fully cleaned and sterilized. We were very pelased with how swift and thoroughly the matter was handled."

"I was there for a medical procedure and I was put in the basement (they refer to it as a patio!)next to the laundry room . I was also told I couldn't have glasses to celebrate the success of my operation.Actually they never even bothered to get back to me after two days about the glasses.They were more than useless when I enquired about directions in the city- and didn't even attempt to find out!I have traveled extensively and without a doubt this was the worst hotel stay I've had- on this continent."

"Only complaint is that the beds were hard as rock. Also, vending machines use tokens not coins - they should say that in the hotel guide or somewhere to save getting all the way down there and then having to go back to the desk to get tokens."

"The hotel decor and room furnishings are a little old. However, the rooms are clean and the hotel is in a pretty good spot, ie close to 401 and downtown London. And the rates are good compared to the neighbouring hotels."

"When we arrived to check in at 3 PM, we were asked to come back at 4:30 PM because our room was not ready. We think this not acceptable service, considering we had our 2 young children with us. This makes it very inconvenient and stressfull. There was no apology or credit offered for our inconvenience. This is very ignorant for your business customer service."

"I requested a room that has direct connection to the pool side. My request was accommodated, but I was not told, until I checked out, that there was an extra fee for this. I believe this should have been communicated to me upon my request."

"I really liked the electric heating which was very quiet. However, I requested a room at the top floor and did not get it and I had some young people partying above me up to 1:00 am in the morning while I had to get up at 5:00 am...But that is not your fault.

"I was under the impression that your hotel had an indoor pool. The website indicated that you had an outdoor pool, and as well as " a swimming pool". Most people would assume that meant an indoor pool. My boyfriend and I chose your hotel because we thought it would be nice and relaxing to go for a nice swim in the winter. We were quite disappointed when we called front desk and asked where the pool was and they told us that there was only an outdoor pool and it was frozen over. Please delete that you have a "swimming pool" on your website, you already have "outdoor swimming pool" listed - it deceives people in thinking you have something you really don't."
