Overview
The Days Inn London is a top choice for out-of-town shoppers looking for a place to rest. The hotel is located directly across the street from White Oaks Mall, London’s largest shopping centre. According to guest reviews from multiple sources across the web, travellers were generally satisfied with their stay and would go back. While there were some negative reviews, these were somewhat scarce and seemingly subjective for the most part. Based on everything considered this hotel seems like a ‘pretty good’ or ‘OK’ (not perfect, but not terrible) place to stay. The hotel averaged around 7-8 points out of 10 (on 10 point rating scales) and about 3.5 out of 5 (on 5 point rating scales).

The Good
f shopping is your thing then this is the perfect location in London to stay. Many reviewers were quick to point out that this hotel is directly across the street from White Oaks Mall, making it an extremely convenient spot for out-of-town shoppers to stay. In addition, some guest reviews on MyTravelGuide.com mentioned it was walking distance to a variety of restaurants. General consensus on MyTravelGuide.com and TripAdvisor.com lead me to believe that the hotel was fairly clean and comfortable. There were some complaints about in-room cleanliness, however these complaints seemed to be isolated and not a common trend. Finally, there was ample praise for the level of customer service, however there was not much in the way of any specific examples, just that the guests were happy with the service overall.

The Bad
Complaints were somewhat difficult to quantify as a particular trend or common subject. Some reviews on MyTravelGuide.com complained about the cleanliness of the room upon arrival, however based on the number of positive comments regarding this factor these complaints may have been isolated incidences. There were however a few reviews that mentioned they were forced to switch their room upon arrival due to something either broken or unacceptable in terms of cleanliness with their original room. Some even had to be switched more than once to find a suitable room. Again, these situations were not a trend and relatively scarce.

TripAdvisor.com guest reviewers gave this an average of 3.5 out of 5 points. The majority of reviews here, like the other sources, were fairly positive. There were only a handful of minor complaints and subjective comments about the comfort of the beds.

Expedia.com employs a 5 point rating scale. Of the 28 reviews listed at the time of this analysis the average guest rating was 3.6 out of 5 points with a 75% recommendation rate. Overall guests were generally happy with their stay. The few complaints hovered around lower than expected room quality.

Booking.com reviewers rated this hotel fairly high at an average of 8.2 out of 10 points at the time of writing. As with other sources, most of the positivity surrounded the convenience of the location and the value for the money.
