"Good: Front desk staff. Talking to Zita was like talking to a family member. A very Comfortable, well maintained place. Bad: Nothing was bad. If I were to nit pick, there were a couple of faint stains on the carpet in our room. There was some debris consisting of the paper tag off new clothing that someone had tossed in the corner of the night stand. Verdict: You can't go wrong staying here. Too bad a free Breakfast is not included though. If it were included the value would be much higher. A free hot breakfast has made the difference several times when we decided where to stay."

"Good but need improvement"
"Staff was very nice and very helpful. Room was clean, beds are very good. The reason why I would not go back to this hotel is that the air conditioning unit was *extremely* loud, therefore we had to turn it off to be able to sleep (with 28�C at midnight outside, we could have done with the A/C). Also, we could not close the curtains (that's the way they are designed). Being in an east facing room, this is very annoying in the morning."

"All in all, a good place to stay."
"Easy access to the 401, although a little ways out of the downtown area, if that's where you're going. Room/bed was comfortable, and front desk staff were pleasant and efficient. Very minor issue with one component of my evening meal at the restaurant. I only mentioned it to the server because she asked, and nowhere near enough to have it sent back, even though she offered to have it re-done. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the cost of the dish in question had been discounted, although this may have been done at the server's discretion. Water in the spa could have been a little hotter, but I do like it hotter than most. All in all, a good place to stay, and will do so if my travels take me back to that area of London."

"After poor weather and a very late night I arrived in London. I opened the door to the room and was delighted to find a soft terry robe sitting on the bed - such a simple feature yet it seemed so welcoming. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and the washroom was sparkling. What more could anyone want after a long day? Thank you!"

"I would like to see a lower rate and I should have inquired about a business rate. Otherwise good experience. Weather was good as well. Also good to see a small bar and restaurant, did not have to drive after arriving"

"The hotel is fairly new and was therefore clean. We needed to be in the North end of London so it was a bit far that way. But we plan to stay there again. It was worth the extra drive and close to the 401."

"Just a suggestion - More attentive, quicker service for anyone staying at your hotel with small children. I was accompanied by three children under the age of 5 and felt the wait time, for breakfast, in the restaurant was too long for the little ones. They seemed to have lost interest in eating by the time the food arrived. From my experience as a parent and an educator, most children lose interest if a whole meal takes longer than 40 minutes. The food was great but just needed to have quicker, waitress response time."
