"Steve at front desk was extremely nice and accomodating for us. Also one of the cleaning staff helped us get our wet baseball clothes dried up for our next game. Great service!!"

"Everything was great - and most of the customer service was outstanding. Only negative part was they had forgotten to put cream and sugar for the coffee maker - when I called to ask for some they wouldn't bring any and told me I had to come get it myself."
