Located about a 3-minute drive from Jordan's city centre and a 1-minute drive from Highway 83, the Inn On The Twenty is geared towards road travellers who prefer a centrally located hotel with easy highway access, a restaurant and an on-site spa and wellness centre.

Each of this smoke-free hotel's suites offers free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a hair dryer and a jetted tub. Rooms with a mini-fridge, a coffeemaker, a stereo, a private garden and a fireplace are also available, and the hotel is not wheelchair accessible. A maximum of two dogs are permitted for $40 per room, per night. 

Hotel amenities include a spa and wellness centre, meeting/banquet space, a business centre, free coffee in the lobby, a pool table, a video library, free parking and on-site dining at On The Twenty Restaurant, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.

The majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's rooms, restaurant, location and staff.

Many lodgers were impressed with their rooms at the hotel. They described their accommodations as clean, spacious, quiet, well equipped and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds and large bathrooms.

The hotel's restaurant was the source of numerous compliments by reviewers, who described it as delicious, fabulous and "of high standard", with friendly and attentive staff. One patron noted, "I have dietary issues (gluten and dairy) and not only were there many items on the menu that I could eat that didn't require any modification, but also they made it clear they were very happy to modify any dish so it was gluten/dairy free".

Several guests were pleased with the hotel's location. They described it as downtown and close to wineries, shopping, restaurants, highway access and Balls Falls. One lodger noted, "The area is extremely quiet at night and even during the day yet in the heart of wine country, less than 30 minutes drive in any direction!".
