"front desk young personnel on arrival and departure were not very happy people. i loved the restaruants so close. very nice. i did not like the pool area as it is located where diners can watch swimmers. i found this annoying and also it needs to be cleaned before pool opens, we has housekeeping pool area as we arrived at 730 to swim. she talked and talked. not good for us and then the whole swim we were watched by a family."

"I was VERY disappointed that a hotel with a pool and fitness center did not have a hot tub.
The 1 bedroom rooms were rather small and did not have a table for eating at."

"I would stay again!!"
"Couldn't get the Sleep number bed adjusted right so woke with a back ache. Other than that - the stay was great. Customer Service was excellent. Pool is small but nice for a swim."

"Great Value, very comfortable beds. all in all great stay."
"First night was great, second night noisy, took for ever in the elevators. Too many kids. May have been a tournament of some sort so not really Hotels fault."

"my stay was not as frustrating as my mothers but her experience did rub off on mine. the female staff member taking care of us was not knowlegable about the fees, services, or other services that your hotel had to offer. when my daughter accidently left her purse in the hotel restaurant after breakfast and i called to see if one of the staff members could keep it behind the counter for us, the same staff member was very short with me and my mother and did not seem to want to help us out with our minor situation."

"There were two main problems:
1. There was no hot water in the shower (But I did get a discount for that)
2. My breakfast was late and I had to leave so I didn't get it (I didn't get compensated for that at all) If I somehow got a discount for that I'd re-consider staying again but otherwise I'm upset that nothing was done about this second issue.
