"Bedrooms clean. Beds comfortable. Big dissapointment of the washrooms. We had to rinse off hair in the bath and ceramic walls before first time use. Fans didn't function which cause smell and humidity in the room."

"My room was on the 2nd floor, but there was no elevator so I had to lug my luggage up and down the stairs. I wonder how elderly or physically challenged people would cope... There was a note on the bed reminding guests that they can request feather pillows. This would've been a good idea, since the foam ones provided by default looked and felt as though they were purchased for a couple of dollars at a second-string department store. The ironing board cover was so slippery I had to keep my hand on my shirt to keep it from falling off the board in between presses. The iron spilled water with every movement. The only available outlet was the one inside the lamp, although there was a short power bar in use behind the TV. The bathroom was cramped, but clean. The hook on the door was too close to the shower, so I was not able to hang up my shirt to steam out the wrinkles while showering, lest it get wet. The shower drain stopper's neutral position is as a vertical slat inside the drain. This makes it difficult for water to escape, causing you to stand in 3 inches of water throughout the shower. There was no ventilating fan, but there was, instead, a grate built into the bottom of the bathroom door. In the morning, I noticed a receipt under my door, indicating that, if the charges were accurate, I could simply leave my key in the room, and leave, with no need to check out in person. This was a nice touch."

"The bed sheets were old and would not stay on mattress. One of the towels was so old that it was no longer white but a yellowish color. I t know it was clean but not very enticing next to the others."
