Guests spoke highly of the level of cleanliness in the rooms, which were commonly described as spotless. Guests also said that their rooms were comfortable, spacious and well laid out.
Guests received excellent service from staff throughout the hotel at various points of contact. Guests said that staff were consistently friendly, warm and courteous.
A number of guests said that their beds were extremely comfortable.
There was a sense from guests that good value was received for the price they paid, and guests found the room rate to be affordable. Some said that the free breakfast and the pool and hot tub added value to their stay.
The Bad
The overwhelming majority of reviews used for this analysis were positive, but there were a handful of isolated guest complaints, which did not seem to be indicative of overall guest experience.
