"Only hotel staff we saw was the front desk people. The entertainment - bowling, swimming, mini golf, etc. was very disappointing. The rooms were clean and well maintained with supplies. Satisified overall."

"We were booked for a one night stay for a wedding in the city. I did not appreciate that the maid knocking at the door at both 9 and 10am, to see if she could clean the room. When I spoke to the male person at the front desk, I was told that I should have used the do not disturb sign. This was said with an attitude. I have stayed in many hotels over the years and the sign was never used. The housekeeping staff usually checked with the desk to see if the room had checked out early. Knocking and bad attitude where not what I paid for."

"We were in Kitchener for a family wedding. The location was great. When we arrived the hotel was overrun with a boys soccer tournament. It appeared there was very little supervision and the poor girl working the facilities was run ragged trying to control them, the complaining patrons and give out equipment. She was doing a wonderful job but, needed to have additional help. The hot tub was not working, the bowling was not working which was disappointing. We had come from Victoria, BC and our kids were looking forward to all the facilities but, had difficulty doing any due to the large number of soccer players taking over the hotel. Our floor was noisy after 11:00 p.m. with soccer players parents partying which was frustrating with 2 young kids of our own."

"Location was fantastic, service was excellent as well, We went during octoberfest so the city was probably buissier then usual but we had a blast during our stay at the Delta Kitchener.
Would definetly recommend."

"its a place to hang your hat and sleep but there is nothing special about it. Could use a better business center.
they didn't have the heat on yet and it was too cold for airconditioning so it was uncomfortable at times."
