"Was good but could be better"
"The room was clean but not clean enough. They forgot to clean the spider webs out of the corners of the rooms. I am affraid of spiders and there were a few. Everything else was good. The restaurant was very pricey but its located very close to other restaurants. Overall me and my children had a good time."

"I requested an early check-in. Upon arrival at 1230hrs, I was told point blank that check-in was at 1500hrs and that there were no rooms available. While I understand that time is required to clean/prepare rooms for new guests, I find it hard to believe that there was not one clean room available at 1230hrs. Not all guests stay until check-out. In fact, I checked out of my room the next day at 0800hrs."

"The service was excellent. The only concern that I have was the location of the ice machine. The location of this machine is not safe for anyone getting ice. I got hit by someone opening the door. One of our kids got hit as well. There is no other way where to stand while getting ice. I hope you do look into this matter and change the location. Thanks, Liliana"

"The Hotel should of had a complimentary continental breakfast. Especially for the price. A 2 double size bed in one room. Basic amenities. We've stayed in other hotels with similar surroundings with breakfast included. Upon asking about it, was told that they'res more expensive hotels near the harbour with same amenities. What I should of been told with my suggestion that they would take it into consideration for future. Thanks Other than that, Hotel was okay."
