Guests particularly liked the fact that this hotel was situated on the waterfront and enjoyed the lake views that the location afforded them. They also commented frequently on the hotel's proximity to shops and restaurants and liked being able to wander by foot.
Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious, according to reviewers. Several guests thought the the hotel looked new and liked the modern decor in the rooms. Many guests liked the convenience of having a full kitchen at their disposal.
Guests received friendly, personal service from staff. One guest received a birthday card during his stay from staff, and others felt that staff did their best to make them feel comfortable.
There were some additional comments from guests who enjoyed the pool area, saying that it was very clean, and that the pool was a good temperature.
