"Plumbing was antiquated, there was no thermostat in the room - just an ancient noisy window air conditioner. No movies available, just a rather old tv. No extra blanket for the bed."

"dont respect my reservation"
"I made reservation but when arrived to hotel was full. the attendet said. i am sorry is full that was no nice because to driver for 3 hrs. and was migtding night. we was very tired. Iwas no happy because I called 5 days before for me reservation and i told we arrival 3 am and i asked is ok. and the attendent said dont worrie some one is in the reception.
oh my god but experence because all hotel was full because was canada day.
bad. bad, bad experence"

"The hotel was much better than I expected. The staff was very friendly, professional, helpful, amenities were excellent, rooms were clean, bathroom was perfect, breakfast was good. I would definetely recommend this hotel for travellers."

"When we arrived there the hotel looks clean until we reached our room. We had a smoker room when I did ask for non-smoking.They did clean the room but the smell was there as soon we opended the door.
The breakfast was for people on a rush...;
I will recommend on-site pool;
AC makes noise a fan will be better for us.
I will definitely recommend this hotel to someone else with this detail.
