The Good
Guests who stayed at the Peachtree Inn had mixed reviews of the property. Patrons that had good things to say about the hotel often focused on the location, the value they received for the prices they paid, and the staff.

Guests who appreciated the hotel's location did so for numerous reasons. Some guests mentioned a close proximity to shopping, other guests mentioned a close proximity to Queens University, and another guest mentioned that the rail station was nearby.

Guests who commented on their room rates were typically happy with the prices that they paid. Multiple guests called their prices "affordable," "economical," or "reasonable." Many other guests mentioned that their room rates included free breakfast and free parking.

The staff at the hotel also seemed to be well-liked. They were normally described as "friendly" and/or "helpful" and relatively few guests had bad experiences.

Guests that described their rooms were quite mixed in their opinions. The guests who liked their rooms often said that they were comfortable, some said that they were spacious, and many called them clean although there was some balance on the latter opinion.

The Bad
Many guests who stayed at this hotel did not totally enjoy their stay. Several guests indicated that they thought the hotel was noisy, old, or dirty.

The guests who thought that the hotel was noisy mentioned an array of problems. Multiple guests said that the air conditioning was noisy in their rooms and others blamed thin walls for being able to hear other guests. A couple guests said that their beds were squeaky or creaky when they shifted on them and that caused an in-room disturbance.

Some guests thought the hotel was old and occasionally items were described as broken. Some guests recommended renovations for the hotel and one guest called the property "shabby."

Numerous guests complained about the carpets at the property and some of them recommended replacing them. Often guests who described the carpets said they were dirty or stained. In fact one guest said the carpet in his room "was disgusting" and that he "wouldn't step barefoot on it.“

The breakfast at the hotel was not reviewed with any kind of consistency: some guests liked it while some didn't. Guests that did not like it often complained of "poor" food quality or limited selection. Guests that did like the breakfast said the opposite and the only thing to take away from the balance of opinion is that the hotel is not consistently meeting expectations in this department.

"Very poor choice for the value."

"Plumbing was antiquated, there was no thermostat in the room - just an ancient noisy window air conditioner. No movies available, just a rather old tv. No extra blanket for the bed."

"When we arrived there the hotel looks clean until we reached our room. We had a smoker room when I did ask for non-smoking.They did clean the room but the smell was there as soon we opended the door. The breakfast was for people on a rush...; I will recommend on-site pool; AC makes noise a fan will be better for us. I will definitely recommend this hotel to someone else with this detail.
