Each of this smoke-free hotel's air-conditioned guest rooms offers free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a mini-fridge, a microwave and a table and two chairs. Hair dryers are available upon request, as are wheelchair-accessible rooms.

Many travellers praised the hotel's rates. They described them as affordable, fantastic and reasonable.

Numerous guests were pleased with the hotel's location, finding it close to shopping, highway access, restaurants, a gas station, downtown Kingston and the waterfront. One patron remarked, "The property is in a great location - close to the 401, and still not very far from any place in Kingston". A few lodgers did mention the hotel was more suitable for those with a vehicle, however, due to a lack of restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel's staff were the source of several compliments by reviewers, who characterized them as friendly, efficient and helpful with carrying luggage and offering dining tips. One guest noted, "The service was excellent, from check-in to checkout process. Both interactions with the front desk were warm, inviting and they actually made us feel welcome".
