"Fabulous hotel even better staff"

"We stayed her June 1st and had a mix up with out reservation. After more than an hour the desk clerk had it all straightened out and we had a great night in the hotel. Now if you could have stopped the rain it would have been perfect."

"perfect locaton"

"how can this location be beat ?? you are literally minutes from everthing in downtown Kingston,,staff is friendly, rooms are very clean, facilities are above average however one suggestion would be to move the workout area away from the very warm sauna, hotub, and pool area as it is near impossible to work out in there{too hot}"

"The hotel was easy to find from the Hwy. On checking in, we felt like we were being rushed and we had to ask the best way to get to our room, as this was our fist time staying at this particular hotel. The room was average for the price, the bathroom was small and not very accessible for two people. The coffee maker was something you would find in a yard sale or flea market! The hair dryer quit after two minutes and there was no exhasut fan to take out the moisture. All in all, we will stay at the 4 Points or Howard Johnson next time. Mario & Helene"
