Guests liked this hotel's location and particularly its proximity to Fort Henry, the Royal Military College and CFB Kingston. They found it convenient that they did not have to enter the downtown core to access these sites. A number of guests also found this location quiet and peaceful.
There were several comments on the high level of cleaning and maintenance done to the hotel. Guests said that the rooms were clean and smelled fresh. A number of guests commented on how well the exterior and the grounds of the hotel were kept.
A number of guests were pleasantly surprised with the size of their rooms and commented on how spacious and comfortable they were. Guests travelling in large groups and families said that there was ample room to accommodate their needs.
