"A great stay in a newly renovated hotel although not all areas are complete. The lobby area was kept at an extremely cold temperature while the hallways were humid. The rooms were beauiful and comfortable. Very convienient in the waterfront area. A great stay!"

"When we went to the resturant for breakfast in teh morning, we were told by the waitress that the restruant was at capacity and was no longer taking customers. We were surprised that the waitress did not provide us with the option to wait till another beome available. It was only 9:30 am, a prime time for breakfast and there were other guests being turned down the same way. It was clear that there were empty tables in the upper section."

"Waitress could have waited until we were finished our breakfast before plonking our bill down on the table. She made us feel rushed although it was only 10 am on a holiday morning. It didn't feel respectful of our space, just the job to get done around us."
