Complaints of cigarette odours were also common across multiple sources. The hotel has smoking rooms on the first floor and smoke from these rooms would occasionally rise to the upper level.
A few guests felt that the furniture and electronics in the guest rooms were a bit dated and there were complaints of old televisions, as well as dated bathrooms. Many guests agreed that the hotel's air conditioning units were loud.
Cleanliness was an issue for a small group of hotel guests. One guest discovered a dirty coffee pot upon check-in, whereas other guests complained of uncleaned bathrooms and dusty surfaces within their guest rooms.
