"Very clean, large rooms. My only complaint would be the noise from the adjoining room. No sound proofing between doors. We could hear the neighbour's conversations and television. Otherwise, excellent service and staff."

"Just perfect"
"Dear Best Western Kingston, your Fireside Inn is the best we have ever stayed in, just in November we stayed at the Harbor Castle in Toronto, your Inn was a 20 out of 10 compared to the hotel at the Harbor Castle. Your room was 10 times better, the food was perfect. Would I tell everyone about your Inn your dam right. There is too much to say about Inn that is all perfect, You will see us again soon."

"Lovely rooms with fireplaces, wooden furniture, and old books to read! Very comfortable beds, pillows, and bedding. Bathroom was clean and modern. A lovely outdoor pool with places to sit under trees. On the main road just outside of downtown. Recommended!"

"The rooms are attractive and homey however somewhat dated. The beds were very comfortable and we all enjoyed good sleep. With the rooms being on the ground level, it was very convenient for my elderly parents which came to Kingston with us. It is unfortunate for travellers that hotels in Kingston are so expensive!"

"- TV Remote control "Power On-Off " and "Sleep" feature inoperative.
( One usually use these features while in a hotel room )
- Wireless Hi-Speed Internet LOW signal; connected briefly once
but I was not able to complete my work since signal was to weak
( My laptop is an IBM A30 with an embeded Wi-Fi ( wireless) adapter."
