"The room was OK, but WAY overpriced. The beds were only double- not queen. For the price that we paid we have stayed at much nicer hotels with much better breadfasts. And this was in Kenora! I would have expected something much nicer for the price we paid!"

"We have stayed at this hotel many times and loved it. This time was good too but our room was not clean. We found garbage behind the dresser and night stands. And alot of it. The toilet was filthy and the bathroom floor was bad. Some dusting was over looked too. We were quite suprised at this because it is usually one of the cleaner hotels we go to.
The front desk staff were lovely and tried their best but it seems that they need another staff to help on the week-ends. Check out was so long. The continental breakfast should not be their responsibility. Maybe one of the other staff could help with just that and stay until it is over and make sure there is always plenty of stuff available. Another thing I have a problem with is the pets welcome sign I saw. Do you have certain rooms reserved for animals and their owners or are they just given the same rooms people without pets and people with allergies get??? I am highly allergic and really don't like when I leave a room and I have pet hair all over me from the comforter. It has happened.
Please don't think I am a mean person but you asked and I think it is good that you are doing this survey.
We will continue to come to your hotel but I just hope you take my suggestions seriously. Thank you.

"Our team attends training sessions in Kenora, each time we have stayed at the Comfort Inn, the staff have been excellent in their making us feel welcome and comfortable. In my travels the staff and their attitudes make the biggest difference...it is great to have great accommodation but staff make the difference for me in order to make a recommendation to my friends, family and associates."

"I would just like to say THANK YOU to the Comfort Inn staff in Kenora. My children were eager to get home after several days on the road, and the folks at Comfort Inn let us leave without charge on our room even though we were past the cutoff time for the next evening. That is service and customer care! I will definitely include them in my travel plans next time I am in the area."
